Qualifications

• 2+ years of affordable housing development experience.
• Experience managing LIHTC projects (ground-up or substantial rehab) a plus.
• Understanding of LIHTC financing, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with public agencies, tax credit investors, and funding partners.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Background with nonprofit or mission-driven housing organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of affordable housing developments, focusing on LIHTC projects.
• Oversee feasibility, entitlements, financing coordination, design and construction.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and reporting.
• Coordinate LIHTC applications, closings, and compliance.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve issues to stay on track.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and LIHTC compliance.
• Support acquisition and due diligence as needed.
