Job summary

Affordable Equity Partners, Inc. (AEP) seeks a Development Asset Manager to oversee LIHTC projects from construction close through stabilization in Atlanta.

The DAM acts as owner’s representative, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and investor coordination. You will manage budgets, reviews of draw requests, and flow of funds, coordinate with lenders, and guide lease-up with property management to meet occupancy and compliance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years in affordable housing development or asset management with LIHTC exposure.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee owner’s representative duties for LIHTC developments from construction close to stabilization.
• Review and approve draw requests, ensure lien waivers and reports are complete.
• Prepare funding packages and coordinate capital calls with lenders.
• Coordinate lease-up strategy with property management to achieve occupancy and compliance targets.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for investor relations.
