Job summary

Full Circle Communities is seeking a Compliance Analyst to ensure HUD, LIHTC, HOME and other funding partner requirements are followed across our affordable portfolio. You will perform file audits, manage subsidy administration and support property teams to protect regulatory and financial integrity.

The role is based in Chicago with a hybrid schedule requiring 2 days in the office weekly. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in affordable housing compliance and experience with LIHTC, Section 8 and

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in affordable housing compliance and/or management.
• Experience processing HAP vouchers and applying HAP receipts for Section 8 properties.
• Experience with LIHTC compliance, including annual owner certifications and preparation of initial LIHTC resident files.
• Extensive experience with affordable housing compliance, including data analysis, EIV income discrepancies, and file auditing.
• Substantial experience with Yardi Voyager 7S or higher and the Affordable Housing Module.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze information, identify compliance issues, and communicate findings clearly.
• Well-developed oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sample file audits and reviews, report findings, and monitor corrections to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Audit and process HAP vouchers and receipts in Yardi as needed.
• Provide direct compliance support to property teams to ensure communities remain compliant with regulatory requirements; assist onboarding and trainings.
• Remain current on new regulations, laws, and technology changes affecting multifamily housing; support PBV and compliance calendar activities.
