Responsibilities

• Review Affordable Housing resident files for eligibility and compliance with all required laws.
• Review files within 24 hours of receiving them.
• Monitor changes in LIHTC regulations and implement modifications as indicated.
• Attend TDHCA trainings annually; complete HCCP training within 2 years.
