Qualifications

• 4 years related experience in multifamily LIHTC asset management or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily markets, LIHTC, and credit analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work across multiple systems and create reports.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with syndicator partners in LIHTC investments.
• Analyze portfolio data, markets, contracts, and cash flows to identify trends.
• Develop recommendations and present to management to mitigate risk.
• Ensure data quality and assist in automating asset management data.
• Lead action plans for project work including regulatory/audit activities.
