Job summary

Jobot is seeking a finance-focused asset manager to lead a growing LIHTC portfolio with direct exposure to executive leadership. You will own asset management plans, monitor performance, and coordinate across teams to ensure regulatory compliance and timely budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commercial real estate, finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in asset management.
• Meaningful LIHTC experience with compliance exposure.
• Proficient Excel skills; able to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for upper management.
• Demonstrated leadership ability or managerial experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own asset management plans for a growing LIHTC portfolio.
• Monitor lease-up and ensure compliance with regulations and proformas.
• Coordinate site inspections and partner with internal compliance.
• Review and approve annual operating budgets and report to project partners.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and proforma.
• Hit milestones like equity installments, loan earn-outs, and tax credit testing.
• Lead cross-functional meetings for underperforming assets and coordinate stakeholders.
• Present portfolio condition monthly to executive leadership.
• Support lifecycle capital planning and respond to inquiries.
