Job summary

National Equity Fund, Inc. (NEF) seeks an Asset Analyst to support the Transaction and Asset Operations Team in the East Region.

You will collect, input, track, and review documents, maintain project files, and perform LIHTC compliance reviews to support regional asset management. The role requires monitoring investments, reviewing financial statements, budgets, rent rolls, and compliance reports, while collaborating with sponsors, property managers, and lenders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Experience with LIHTC or affordable housing is preferred.
• Strong financial analysis, risk identification and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Asset Managers from closing through stabilization and disposition.
• Analyze quarterly/annual financials, budgets, rent rolls, and reports.
• Monitor compliance with LIHTC provisions and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain project records and portfolio data in SMT and other systems.
• Prepare recurring/ad-hoc portfolio reports and dashboards.
