Qualifications

• One year of experience in customer service preferred.
• Experience with POS or comfortable working with computers.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, collect entry fees, and maintain a visitor count.
• Provide information to guests about the light show and park facilities.
• Monitor safety of guests, displays, plants, and other assets.
• Manage cash drawer, reconcile money, and operate POS.
• Answer light show phone line and assist with ticketing information.
• Maintain a clean desk area and retail storefront.
• Ensure park areas, buildings, and restrooms are secure and sanitary.
• Assist with setup/takedown of tables, chairs, and events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
