Job summary

VulcanForms is seeking a Manager of Factory Integration Engineering to lead a high-performing team and design scalable production sites. You will integrate digital and physical architectures to support 24/7 manufacturing and future capacity, acting as a key partner to executives and cross‑functional teams.

You will guide engineers through complex technical challenges, promote career growth, and translate ambitious automation concepts into seamless factory realities, ensuring alignment of KPI

Qualifications

• 8+ years in manufacturing engineering, strategic planning, or industrial systems development.
• Experience leading complex engineering projects or engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Robotics Engineering, or related field.
• Expert-level knowledge of automation, discrete event simulation, python scripting, material flow planning, 2D/3D factory CAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead factory integration engineering and drive production-ready systems.
• Guide OEE tracking and develop the factory integration roadmap.
• Align multiple factories with strategy and plan capacity for new products.
• Institute standards and continual improvement across processes.
• Collaborate with executives, PM, and customer management teams.
• Develop digital factory models and ensure KPI alignment.
