Job summary

Taylor Lightning Protection is seeking motivated individuals to install state-of-the-art lightning protection systems in and around the Atlanta area. You will travel 60-80% as needed, lift up to 80 lbs, and work on rooftops with a dedicated team.

• Able to pass a medical exam and drug test; licensed driver with a clean MVR.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install lightning protection systems on high roofs and specialized grounding projects.
• Read blueprints and construction plans to ensure top-tier installations.
• Handle and install lightning protection cables.
• Ensure all work complies with onsite safety regulations.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
• Tackle other duties as assigned—because every day is an adventure!

What We're Looking For:

• Willing to travel and be away from home as needed - we are currently traveling 60-80% of the time.
• 18+ years old.
• Able to pass a medical exam & drug test.
• A licensed driver with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report).
• Physically fit – Can lift up to 80 lbs. and work comfortably on rooftops and ladders.
• Honest, hardworking, and a team player who enjoys working outdoors.
• Construction or electrical experience is a plus!
• Lightning Protection and Grounding experience is a HUGE plus!
