Job summary

Taylor Lightning Protection is hiring for a trainee crew in the Oklahoma City area. You will travel, install state-of-the-art lightning protection systems, read blueprints, and work safely on rooftops with a team. No experience? Training is provided and growth potential is strong.

Expect to go where projects take you, with a robust onboarding and pay structure. This role offers comprehensive benefits after probation and opportunities to advance as you gain hands-on expertise.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel and be away from home for 2–3 weeks each month.
• Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs and perform rooftop work.
• Must pass a medical exam and drug test.
• Clean MVR and valid driver's license required.
• 18+ years old and hardworking, team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Install lightning protection systems on high roofs and grounding projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Handle and install lightning protection cables.
• Ensure all work complies with onsite safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Willing to travel and be away from home at least 2-3 weeks a month.
• 18+ years old.

• A licensed driver with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report).
• Physically fit – Can lift up to 80 lbs. and work comfortably on rooftops and ladders.

• Construction or electrical experience is a HUGE plus!
