Job summary

Taylor Lightning Protection is seeking motivated individuals for a trainee position in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. You will install lightning protection systems on high roofs, read blueprints, and ensure safe, compliant work with a hands-on, team-oriented approach.

The role offers top-tier training, good pay, and opportunities to travel 1-2 weeks per month, with benefits including a signing bonus and referral rewards. No experience? Training is provided.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Able to pass a medical exam and drug test.
• Licensed driver with a clean MVR.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 80 lbs and work on rooftops and ladders.
• Construction or electrical experience is a huge plus!

Responsibilities

• Installing lightning protection systems on high roofs and specialized grounding projects.
• Reading blueprints and construction plans to ensure top-tier installations.
• Handling and installing lightning protection cables.
• Ensuring all work complies with onsite safety regulations.
• Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
• Tackling other duties as assigned.
