Job summary

VFC Lightning Protection in Denver, Colorado, is seeking motivated individuals for a trainee crew role. This hands-on position involves installing lightning protection systems, reading blueprints, and working outdoors with safety as a priority.

Travel up to 2 weeks per month, no experience required, with top-tier training, a $500 signing bonus after 6 months, and comprehensive benefits. Pay starts at $22.21+ per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel up to 2 weeks per month.
• 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED.
• Able to pass a medical exam and drug test.
• Licensed driver with a clean MVR.
• Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs and work on rooftops.
• Construction or electrical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install lightning protection systems on high roofs and grounding projects.
• Read blueprints and construction plans to ensure proper installations.
• Handle and install lightning protection cables.
• Ensure all work complies with onsite safety regulations.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects.
• Tackle other duties as assigned.
