Job summary

Quality Lightning Protection is seeking installers to join the team and handle grounding and roof-based work on lightning protection systems for commercial and industrial sites.

The role requires careful attention to safety, the ability to work with a team, and willingness to travel during the week. Prior construction experience and familiarity with OSHA standards are preferred. A valid driver's license is required, and on-the-job training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail with safety awareness.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install lightning protection systems on commercial/industrial sites following standards and safety regulations.
• Inspect existing systems for damage or wear and perform repairs or upgrades.
• Collaborate with project managers, customers and team members.
• Maintain detailed notes and records of installation and inspection.
