Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for duration of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 20-40 lbs.
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach.
• Ability to adapt quickly and adjust schedule when changes arise.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and wire parts following work instructions and standards.
• Inspect parts for accuracy, defects and quality compliance.
• Package finished goods, label products, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Keep work area clean and organized according to 5S and safety protocols.
• Support basic warehouse tasks such as stocking sorting and material handling.
• Achieve daily production targets while ensuring high product quality.
• Follow safety guidelines and report safety concerns to leadership.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow.
• Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping mopping wiping and garbage removal.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place.
• Completes any other related tasks as needed.
