Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hands-on field experience, can lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work independently in the field.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on field experience with commercial lighting systems.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload in the field.
• Comfortable using basic technology (iPad, etc.).
• Good communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass drug screen, background check, and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial and industrial lighting systems, controls, and associated electrical branch circuits.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and safety of lighting installations.
• Collaborate with team members and customers to resolve issues and complete tasks on schedule.
