Job summary

Utility Lines Construction Services is seeking a Lighting Technician C to join our field team. This entry-level role works from aerial devices, ladders, and ground level to install and maintain streetlights and related equipment, following safety and quality standards.

You'll perform climbing, operate typical lighting construction tools, interact with the public, and assist a higher‑level technician on projects, including work with voltages up to 600 volts in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in lighting or power installation.
• Ability to provide schooling and certifications documented.
• Willing to travel out of state for storm work.

Responsibilities

• Clear work area and maintain safe jobsite.
• Assist in installation of lighting structures and cables.
• Communicate work with property owners.
• Work on elevated surfaces and with voltage up to 600V.
• Assist higher-level technician in lighting construction.
• Perform other duties requested by Supervisors.
