Responsibilities

• Electrical lighting maintenance including changing bulbs, ballasts, and drivers on existing fixtures.
• Work from aerial lifts and interface with customers.
• Dispatch daily to customers and resolve lighting problems in a professional and safe manner.
• Complete site documentation on an electronic device requiring knowledge of smartphones/tablets.
• Present a professional image representing the world’s best service provider, focusing on customer satisfaction, quality and safety.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic lighting components.
• Install and mount lighting controls, devices, sensors, and components.
• Operate aerial lifts and bucket trucks safely.
• Test lighting systems and circuit continuity with testing devices.
• Inspect installation sites and study plans to determine materials and procedures.
• Diagnose malfunctioning lighting systems using test equipment and tools.
• Read contract drawings.
• Troubleshoot EMS systems, smart breakers, and relays.
