Job summary

Bandit Lites, Inc is seeking an Assistant System Integrator to support design, planning and integration for lighting and related systems. You will assist with system design, quotes, labor coordination, and on-site support to resolve issues during installation and commissioning.

Responsibilities include creating submittals and layouts, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and helping maintain project documentation and safety standards across theatrical and architectural installations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of technical lighting experience.
Leadership experience in projects or teams.
Experience with high‑end lighting control systems and rigging.

Responsibilities

Participate in design meetings, assess integration needs and deliverables.
Assist with development of integration solutions for lighting, rigging, drapery and third‑party systems.
Create submittal packages, control layouts, BOMs and delivery schedules.
Review proposals, perform take-offs, and coordinate with purchasing and accounting for budgets.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to implement solutions on site.
Assist with shipping, inventory management, and site safety.
Maintain project documentation and standards.
