Job summary

Bandit Lites, Inc. is seeking an Integration Project Manager to lead lighting, rigging, and drapery integration projects from concept to realization. You will collaborate with architects, designers, and end users to meet contractual requirements while driving projects forward with strong PM skills.

You will develop system requirements, design solutions, coordinate onsite services, and manage budgets, schedules, and vendor negotiations. Occasional travel and on-site work are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in theatre/theatrical design.
• 5+ years of lighting integration experience with leadership and project management responsibilities.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Vectorworks) for technical drawings.
• In-depth knowledge of theatrical and architectural lighting systems and control.
• Willingness to travel and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Understand, adhere to Bandit Lites' philosophy, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in project design meetings, assess integration needs, and identify system requirements.
• Develop integration solutions for theatre lighting, rigging, drapery, and third-party systems.
• Coordinate onsite technical services for integration projects, including startup and training.
• Create submittal packages, layouts, drawings, BOMs, and schedules for communication.
• Review proposals, perform take-offs, and ensure cost alignment with budgets.
• Obtain quotes from vendors and manage purchasing documentation.
• Release goods to purchasing and track order/receiving status.
• Maintain project paperwork and drawings; assist with payments as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure proper implementation.
• Manage project inventory and minimum stock levels for integration needs.
• Provide on-site technical support and resolve issues promptly.
• Review site reports to address problems; oversee shipping/receiving of materials.
• Contribute to development of integration project standards and R&D as required.
