Job summary

Bandit Lites, Inc. seeks an Assistant System Integrator to help translate concepts into construction documents and support onsite issue resolution.

You will assist with system design, planning, integration, quoting, and coordinating labor and equipment for lighting, rigging, drapery, and related systems. This role requires CAD proficiency and knowledge of major lighting control systems, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in theatre/theatrical design.
3+ years of technical lighting experience at the professional level with leadership responsibilities.
Intro knowledge of theatrical and architectural lighting systems and high‑end control systems such as ETC, STRAND, AVOLITES, MA.

Responsibilities

Assist with system design, planning, integration, quoting, and coordinating labor and equipment.
Create submittal packages, control system layouts, integration drawings, BOMs, and material delivery schedules.
Review proposals, perform take-offs, and collaborate with purchasing and accounting for cost accuracy.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure proper implementation.
Provide onsite technical support and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain project documentation and support R&D for standards and practices.
