BR+A Consulting Engineers is seeking a Senior Lighting Designer to join our Charlotte, Boston, or Houston offices. You will lead projects from concept through construction administration, shaping lighting concepts and coordinating with architects and clients.
A strong portfolio and 8+ years of architectural lighting design are essential. You will mentor junior designers, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure sustainable, human-centric lighting solutions across healthcare,
Qualifications
- 8+ years of architectural lighting design experience with project leadership.
- Strong design sensibility and ability to carry concepts through all project phases.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to mentor junior designers.
- Degree in lighting design, architecture, interior design, or related field.
- Fluency in Revit, AutoCAD, AGI32, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- LC or CLD certification required.
