Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Co. in Omaha, NE seeks a Lighting Quotations Specialist to quote lighting material from plans and specifications on construction projects, and to build a lighting Bills of Material from plan/specs.

You will interact with contractors, architects, engineers, and owners to propose lighting products, negotiate pricing, and provide technical lighting expertise within the branch to support accurate, competitive bids.

Qualifications

• Experience with lighting products and applications and understanding of bid processes.
• Background in wholesale electrical distribution or electrical contracting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with contractors, architects, engineers, and owners to suggest lighting products for construction projects.
• Negotiate pricing with lighting manufacturers and customers.
• Provide technical lighting expertise within the branch.
• Collect and analyze quotations data to identify patterns in bids by product type, manufacturer, and customer.
