Job summary

Clair Global is seeking a Site Lead in Wisconsin to guide installation teams for lighting and rigging projects. You will manage on-site priorities, coordinate with Client and subcontractors, and ensure adherence to design and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time. A high school diploma is required, with preferred CTS-I/ETC Theater Rigging and OSHA 30 credentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in field installation with supervision experience.
• Experience reading CSI and architectural drawings.
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation teams to implement project scope per design and schedule.
• Coordinate with PM, Engineering, and Field Engineers on plans and priorities.
• Address on-site discrepancies between plans and conditions.
• Assist with site surveys and system evaluations as required.
• Communicate deviations and capture changes as redlines for As-Builts.
• Collaborate with Warehouse to allocate equipment and tooling.
• Provide daily progress reports and End of Day summaries to teams.
• Ensure safety standards and a professional on-site environment.
