Job summary

Clair Global is hiring a Site Lead to guide installation teams for Lighting and Rigging systems, ensuring the project stays on scope, schedule, and safety standards. You will coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, and Sub-contractors to deliver on-site success.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time. You will be responsible for safety, progress reporting, and seamless handoffs to the Technical Services and Warehouse

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 5 years field installation experience and 2 years field supervision experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required or better.
• OSHA 30 and industry certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope, priorities, and deadlines with the Project Manager.
• Develop installation plans with Project Management and Field Engineers.
• Address discrepancies between engineering plans and on-site conditions.
• Lead installation teams and coordinate with Warehouse for equipment.
• Conduct daily safety briefs and manage incident reports.
• Capture progress and changes using project documentation tools.
