Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Lighting Consultant to lead estimating strategy and ensure customer satisfaction by planning, executing and finalizing lighting packages that meet budget and parameters.

The role involves producing accurate quotations, delivering excellent customer service in client meetings, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve construction and coordination issues while representing the company with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills and lighting quotation experience.
• Knowledge of plan reading, take-offs, value engineering, product line pricing and bid process.
• Organized multitasker in a high volume, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Outlook) and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, efficient and competitive quotations using internal and external distribution sources.
• Provide excellent customer service, attending client meetings and ensuring customer needs and budget are met.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve construction, technical and coordination issues.
• Represent the company positively with clients, vendors, and industry contacts.
