Lonestar Lighting & Technology, division of Lonestar Electric Supply, seeks a Lighting Applications Specialist to join the Estimating Team. You will prepare photometric studies, review takeoffs, and quote materials for Multifamily projects, using Excel, Bluebeam, AGi32, Visual, and AutoCAD.

Strong organization and customer-facing skills are essential. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales, manufacturers, and clients to ensure accurate estimates and timely quotes, while maintaining QA

Qualifikationen

• Experience in estimation or related field preferred.
• Ability to work with customers and provide excellent service.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.

Aufgaben

• Prepare photometric analyses from construction documents and plans.
• Discuss results with customer and sales team; indicate modifications to design/fixtures.
• Provide lighting recommendations and technical assistance to designers.
• Review estimates and takeoffs; provide constructive feedback for growth.
• Complete estimates for routine and complex Multifamily projects to meet bid deadlines.
• Collaborate with sales team and customers to capture project details.
• Gather information for accurate estimates, including takeoffs; finalize estimates.
• Identify discrepancies in drawings and quantities and communicate with sales.
