Job summary

LSI Industries Inc. in Cincinnati, OH, seeks an Engineering Manager - Lighting Controls to lead the Applications and Technical Support team.

You will design, deploy, commission, and support luminaire-integrated lighting control systems including Airlink Blue, guiding projects from inception through turnover. You will manage team objectives, drive process improvements, coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing, and ensure on-time delivery with high technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in lighting controls, building automation, electrical systems, or related industry.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or project management experience.
• Experience designing, deploying, commissioning, and troubleshooting commercial lighting control systems.
• Strong understanding of Bluetooth Mesh and WiFi networks.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Applications Engineers, Technical Support Engineers, and Commissioning Specialists.
• Oversee design development for commercial indoor/outdoor lighting control systems.
• Monitor and manage the pipeline of lighting controls projects and opportunities.
• Act as primary project manager for controls-related projects.
• Oversee in-house and field commissioning activities and provide escalation support.
