Job summary

Progressive Lighting is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Roswell, GA to generate sales while delivering exceptional customer service. Base pay is $20.00 per hour with additional compensation opportunities. The role is full-time exempt and requires passing a drug screen and background check.

The principle responsibility of an inside sales associate is to generate sales while maintaining outstanding customer service as a representative of Progressive Lighting to our customers

Requirements

Responsibilities

1. 1) Greet and acknowledge every customer in a timely matter, always aware of waiting customers
2. 2) Maintain a strong product knowledge
3. 3) Appear and dress professionally following company dress code guideline in the employee handbook
4. 4) Awareness and participation in all company programs including sales promotions and initiatives
5. 5) Adhere to all company policies, procedures and ethics codes as outlined in the employee handbook
6. 6) Assist the store manager in merchandising, display maintenance, housekeeping, and tagging of product
7. 7) Strong follow up and detail on all orders including contacting customers when product arrives, returning phone calls, scheduling shipments, etc.
8. 8) Closing the sale
9. 9) Dependable and prompt
10. 10) Follow store manager instructions and guidelines. Assist the store manager on special projects and requests. Sales staff reports directly to the store manager
11. 11) Maintain all files, records, and reports in accordance to company standards and expectations
12. 12) Good organization and clean work station
