Job summary

Paycom in Wisconsin seeks an entry-level assembler to build custom cables for medical, defense, and aerospace customers. You’ll learn precision measurement, wire handling, basic soldering, and testing in a clean, climate-controlled shop.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent attendance history and positive attitude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Measure products in process and end products.
• Use calibrated equipment including caliper and precision tools.
• Handle wires and basic soldering, crimping, and banding tooling.
• Operate wire handling machinery and electrical testing equipment.
• Maintain workmanship standards and comply with safety and ITAR/ISO policies.
