A leading company in logistics is looking for a Warehouse Associate for a short-term assignment that may extend. The candidate will be responsible for handling pallets, customer service, and maintaining a safe workspace. Experience with sit-down forklifts and a background in warehouse operations are preferred.

Job Description: Job Description: Start out as a short term assignment but could be extended longer.


Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages. Sit down forklift must have. Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material. Be able to assist customers when needed. Customer service, counter pick up area. Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.

Must Haves:
6 months recent solid work history
Physically capable to complete the 8 hours shift
Dependable/reliable


Qualifications:
A background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred.
Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it.
Sit down Forklift Operator experience a must
Manual lift 50 lbs
Standing, bending, twisting, pulling and pushing for 8 hour shift

Responsibilities:
Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times.

Job duties may or may not be aligned with the following positions- Floater Pipe Yard Inside Associate, Pipe Yard Outside Associate, Receiving Associate, Receiving Clerk, or Returns Associate
Comments for Suppliers: Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm 1/2 hour unpaid lunch.
