Job summary

The Project Manager will lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex builds while driving client satisfaction and project profitability.

The role requires managing schedules, coordinating subcontractors, reviewing drawings, handling RFIs and change orders, and monitoring costs.

Qualifications

• Ground up construction project management experience.
• Industrial or warehouse project experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience using Procore and Microsoft Project preferred.

Responsibilities
