MPI in Chicago is seeking a Project Manager to oversee light industrial projects from planning through completion, coordinating teams, schedules, budgets, vendors and clients. The role focuses on safety, quality, timeline and cost objectives within a growing $100M+ project pipeline through 2027.

You will develop estimates, manage large-scale ground-up projects from $5M and up, review plans with precision, negotiate contracts, and mentor team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Must have strong estimating skills.
• Bachelor's degree in construction engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Proficient with Procore, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to manage and lead a team.
• Experience managing large scale, ground up projects $5 million and up.
• Collaborative team player.
• Go-getter attitude.
