Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction in Chicago, IL is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Industrial team. You will lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects from preconstruction through closeout on design/build light- and mid-industrial projects.

The ideal candidate is someone looking to build, sell and interested in growing a team, with 2–5 years' construction management or engineering design experience and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years' of construction management or engineering design experience.
• Experience leading ground up commercial, light industrial, multi-family, hospitality, or entertainment construction projects is preferred.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of project from preconstruction through closeout.
• Work with clients and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and project budget.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, reduce costs, discuss value engineering, and negotiate contracts.
