CoVolt Power in Iowa is hiring a Light Equipment Operator to support field construction tasks across solar, BESS, and infrastructure projects. You will operate skid steers, mini-excavators, and forklifts, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with loading and unloading materials on site.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and proven equipment experience. You must work outdoors in all weather, follow safety protocols, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure
