CoVolt Power is seeking a reliable Light Equipment Operator to join our field team. You will operate light construction equipment, assist with material handling, and support site operations to ensure on-time project completion.

The role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Prior experience is preferred; health benefits and retirement options are common in this field.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate light construction equipment such as skid steers, mini-excavators, and forklifts in a safe, efficient manner.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials at job sites.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and teammates to meet timelines and scope.
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
