Light Equipment Operator - Manufacturing

Join our team as a Light Equipment Operator in the manufacturing sector. This role involves operating and maintaining various machinery, supporting warehouse operations, and adhering to safety policies.

Responsibilities include:

• Learning and performing multiple job functions within the manufacturing plant, including rewinding, die cutting, and press service.
• Setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting machinery to ensure smooth production processes.
• Maintaining equipment through cleaning, lubrication, and repairs, and requesting maintenance when needed.
• Supporting warehouse activities such as loading, unloading, material handling, and waste management.
• Training new team members and promoting safety policies, including hazardous waste handling and lockout/tagout procedures.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and follow SOPs for all tasks.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs.
