Job description

Overview

The Production Operator is responsible for operating machinery required for the production of solar panel products.

Responsibilities

1. Work in strict accordance with the process SOP, using skills acquired during training.
2. Ensure sanitation and cleanliness of the work area and proper placement of items.
3. Behave and dress in compliance with company rules and regulations.
4. Meet machine production capacity targets and strive for high product quality and output.
5. Handover machine status, raw materials, work-in-progress, and tooling fixtures at the start of each shift, and report on machine status.
6. Check the quality of products from the previous process and monitor current processes.
7. Complete production logs, summarize abnormalities, and report to the team leader promptly.
8. Participate in safety training, identify hazards, understand emergency procedures, and ensure safety during production.
9. Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Required Education/Experience

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in production and manufacturing inspection.
• Fluency in English; bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) preferred.
