RRD is seeking a Light Equipment Operator 2 for a 12-hour rotating day shift at our Production & Manufacturing department in Minnesota. The role involves operating offline and binding/finishing/packaging equipment, performing setups, and maintaining machinery.

Qualifications

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment.
• Set up and adjust machine for production runs.
• Clean, lubricate and maintain machine for optimum operation.
• Troubleshoot issues and request maintenance as needed.
• Coordinate crewmembers and train new team members.
