Job summary

RRD is hiring a Light Equipment Operator for the 2nd shift to operate offline and binding/finishing/packaging equipment. You will set up machines, run production, and keep equipment clean and properly lubricated to ensure optimal operation.

The role offers an hourly rate with potential overtime; starting pay includes shift differential and may include a sign-on bonus. Benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and tuition assistance are available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of standard setups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment.
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment and set up for production runs.
• Clean, lubricate and maintain machines and troubleshoot issues as needed.
