The Town of Ashland, MA is seeking a qualified Light Equipment Operator for the Cemetery, Parks, & Trees Division of the Department of Public Works. Additional opportunities for growth may exist if the candidate already has licensing, or upon receipt of licensing, which may allow the candidate to move into grade H04, which starts at $25.6563/hr. (The full range of H04 is $25.6563/hr - $34.1864/hr.)

The Light Equipment Operator is a full‑time, 40 hour/week, non‑exempt position represented by the DPW Union. Salary is based on the chart in the collective bargaining agreement for grade H03, which ranges from $23.8988/hr. to $32.0142/hr.
