RRD in the United States is seeking a manufacturing associate to operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment, set up and adjust machines for production runs, and maintain optimal operation through cleaning and lubrication.

You will document maintenance, create simple labeling tasks, identify improper operation, and may coordinate crew assignments or train new teammates as needed. This role offers stable hours and competitive pay.

Requirements

• Requires familiarity with routine operating procedures of equipment which can be set up and operated following a few step by step instructions and the skill to operate the equipment


• Requires skill to perform minor clerical tasks incidental to the operation of the equipment (e.g., maintain machine operating and maintenance records, write new identification labels for computer tapes, etc.), and skill to perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating the equipment


• Ability to identify if improper machine operation and make basic adjustments

Pay & Benefits

The rate of pay for this role at the noted location is $17.00 per hour. In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential $2 more for 2nd shift, call-in, and stand‑by pay.
