The Buerkle Automotive team in White Bear Lake, MN is seeking an Automotive Light Duty Technician to perform inspections, maintenance, and light repairs in line with Honda and dealership standards. Qualifications

• Prior hands-on automotive maintenance and repair experience in a dealership or repair shop.
• Ability to perform light-duty maintenance safely with limited supervision.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; ability to read repair orders and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform new-vehicle pre-delivery inspections and install approved accessories as assigned.
• Inspect, diagnose, and complete mechanical reconditioning on used vehicles, including Honda Certified Pre-Owned inspections when qualified and assigned.
• Perform scheduled maintenance services, including fluid exchanges, filters, belts, and other manufacturer-recommended services.
• Diagnose and repair brake, steering, suspension, and cooling systems within the scope of the position.
• Install, balance, rotate, and repair tires and inspect related components.
• Test, service, and replace batteries and perform basic electrical diagnosis and repair.
