Qualifications

• Have previous automotive repair experience (Light Duty, Internal Technician or equivalent experience required)
• Hyundai dealership experience is preferred but not required; paid factory training provided
• This role combines guaranteed hourly earnings with a union compensation structure

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repairs for light duties while working with experienced Hyundai technicians
• Include responsibilities such as PDI, brake service, suspension, cooling systems, maintenance services and inspections
• Learn advanced diagnostic and repair procedures from skilled colleagues
• Aim for advancement into higher-paying technician classifications
