Job summary

Walser Automotive Group is looking for a Light Duty Technician in Bloomington, MN to perform maintenance and repairs following standard procedures and safety guidelines. You will meet performance standards and document work on repair orders while adhering to dealership and factory standards.

Requirements include an automotive degree or 3+ years of related experience, and current ASE certifications. We offer climate-controlled shops, competitive pay up to $26.52/hr, PTO, comprehensive benefits,

Qualifications

• Automotive degree or 3+ years of related experience required.
• Current ASE certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs while following SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Handle exhaust system work, tire rotation, battery installation, and cable replacement.
• Install accessories and shock absorbers (not including A/C).
• Replace coolant hoses, mirrors, belts, signals, W/S washers, lamps and bulbs; align lamp assemblies.
• Conduct brake inspections, wheel balancing, drains, and flushes; adjust doors/windows.
• Document all work on the repair order and use Truvideo/Estimate Tool.
• Examine vehicles to determine further safety or service needs; uphold Walser core values.
