Job summary

Buerkle Honda in Minnesota is seeking an Automotive Light Duty/Internal Technician ready to grow into a skilled Honda technician. The role combines guaranteed hourly earnings with a strong training path, including paid Honda factory training and hands‑on mentorship.

You’ll join a high‑volume, modern shop with opportunities to advance into higher‑paying classifications as your skills and certifications grow.

Qualifications

• Have previous automotive repair experience (Light Duty, Internal Technician or equivalent).
• Honda experience is preferred but not required; paid Honda factory training is provided.
• Enjoy learning and expanding technical skills; work well independently and on a team.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repairs alongside experienced Honda technicians.
• Carry out New Vehicle PDI, used vehicle reconditioning and Honda Certified inspections.
• Provide brake, steering, suspension, cooling, maintenance, tire, battery, and warranty repairs.
• Learn advanced diagnostic and repair procedures through factory training.
