Job summary

Alta Pest Control is hiring a hands-on Installer to perform various light construction tasks and help expand our service footprint nationwide. You will tackle attic remediations, vapor barriers, rodent exclusions, and other small-scale projects while upholding Alta’s standards of quality and customer service.

Ideal candidates bring some construction experience, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Some prior construction experience.
• Willingness to travel.
• Great communication and problem-solving skills.
• A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform light construction tasks including attic remediations and vapor barrier installations.
• Work in extreme conditions such as hot attics, cold outdoor weather, and tall roofs.
• Navigate tight spaces and crawlspaces comfortably.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to keep operations smooth.
