Job summary

Alta Pest Control is seeking a motivated Installer to perform light construction tasks across multiple sites. You will work under varied conditions, including attics and rooftops, maintaining safety and quality while representing Alta with pride.

The role requires travel, strong communication, and a team-first attitude. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Some prior construction experience required.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform light construction tasks such as attic remediations and vapor barrier installations.
• Encapsulations, rodent exclusions, wildlife removal, termite work, and gutter guard installations.
• Work with teammates to ensure quality and represent Alta with pride.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow company procedures.
