Job summary

Alta Pest Control is seeking a hands-on Installer to perform a range of light construction tasks across multiple sites. You will tackle attic remediations, vapor barriers, rodent exclusions, and related work while operating in varied environments, from hot attics to cold outdoor conditions.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Travel is expected for on-site tasks, and the role offers growth through ongoing training

Responsibilities

• Perform light construction tasks such as attic remediations, top-offs, vapor barriers, encapsulations, rodent exclusions, wildlife removal, termite work, gutter guard installations.
• Work in extreme conditions, including hot attics, cold outdoor weather, and tall roofs.
• Navigate tight spaces and crawlspaces with safety.
• Maintain a clean background and coordinate with the main office.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and represent Alta Pest Control.

What You'll Do

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing various light construction tasks. Every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride.

What Your Day Might Look Like

• Perform light constructions task such as attic remediations, top-offs, vapor barrier installations, encapsulations, rodent exclusions, wildlife removal, termite work, gutter guard installations, and other light construction tasks.
• Work effectively in extreme conditions such as hot attics, outdoor work in cold weather, and on tall roofs.
• Navigate tight spaces and crawlspaces comfortably.
• Maintain a clean background and possess a valid driver's license.
• Provide reliable transportation to and from the main office.
• Work closely with teammates and other departments to keep things running smoothly
• Ensure every customer experience is a great one
