Job summary

CloudKitchens is seeking an HVAC/R and Facilities Maintenance role in the Atlanta area. You will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems, diagnose issues, and support facility operations across multiple sites.

The role involves 70% hands-on work, site travel in the Greater Atlanta Area, inspections, and vendor coordination. You will use BMS to monitor performance and assist with new site openings to ensure functionality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience.
• 1. Experience with rooftop units, ventilation systems, or walk-in refrigeration.
• 2. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems (WIC/R, RTUs, exhaust fans, hoods, make-up air units, DOAS).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues across multiple sites.
• Travel between sites in the Greater Atlanta Area.
• Inspect sites to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently; coordinate with vendors for repairs.
• Monitor performance with Building Management Systems (BMS) and provide remote support.
• Assist with new site openings by verifying installation and system functionality.

Pay: Ranging from $25.00 - $33.00/hr + Overtime + Full Benefits

What you’ll do

HVAC/R & Facilities Maintenance

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems(WIC/R, RTUs, exhaust fans, hoods, make-up air units, DOAS systems)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues across multiple sites

Facility Operations Support

• Travel between multiple sites (number of sites vary by region) throughout the week across the Greater Atlanta Area
• Conduct site inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
• Handle basic electrical and plumbing maintenance as needed
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and warranty work

System Performance & Troubleshooting

• Use Building Management Systems (BMS) to monitor performance and diagnose issues
• Provide remote troubleshooting support to onsite teams and vendors
• Review reports (startup, testing, balancing) to verify system performance

New Site Support

• Assist with new facility openings by verifying installation and system functionality
• Identify issues early and coordinate corrective actions

What your week looks like

• 70% hands-on HVAC/R maintenance & repair
• 10% inspections, reporting, and system verification

What we’re looking for

Required

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience
• Experience working with rooftop units, ventilation systems, or refrigeration(Walk-Ins)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability
